A New Lens Focused on Capital Energy

Just as the cobbler’s children need shoes, the storytellers need to share their story, too. This week’s Capital Energy MugShot! features Merissa Conley of Illume, a talented brand and lifestyle photographer based in the Greater Boston area. 

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing authentic moments, Merissa led the Capital Energy team to a photo shoot set in Boston’s Seaport District.  It was a chilly day with dramatic backdrops that intertwined nature, industry, and business – a cross representation of the climate tech space that we support and represent. 

Merissa orchestrated the shoot to create a compelling visual narrative that highlights the energy, creativity and polished professionalism of the Capital Energy brand. 

Drawing inspiration from her extensive background in advertising and photography, Merissa brings a unique perspective to every project. Whether she's photographing designers, entrepreneurs, startups or established lifestyle brands, she tailors her approach to align with each client's vision and objectives.
