Documenting a Power Shift: VEIR’s Demo Day has Good Energy
We’re proud to recognize Elayne for her recent collaboration with VEIR, where she captured photo and video coverage of their “Outdoor Demo-Demo Day.”
VEIR’s groundbreaking superconducting transmission technology uses evaporative liquid nitrogen to move 5-10x more power than traditional lines and sets a bold new standard in efficient energy infrastructure. Elayne was on-site to document the dismantling of VEIR’s first 100-foot outdoor demonstration line, highlighting both the technical achievement and the human effort behind it.
The unique visual effects of the evaporative nitrogen created an atmospheric, cinematic backdrop that Elayne skillfully used to elevate her storytelling. Her ability to move fluidly (so to speak!) between still photography and video brings a dynamic, layered perspective to clean tech narratives—exactly the kind of versatility and quality we value at Capital Energy.
We’re excited to show Elayne’s creative talent in action, telling powerful stories that support the future of energy innovation!
